HC Organize Tekstil is a family-owned manufacturer of knitted ready-to-wear garments and socks, based in the Honaz Organized Industrial Zone in Denizli, Turkey. The company was co-founded in the early 1990s by Hakkı Akgören and Celal Pala, who have built the business together over more than three decades of partnership. Today, a second generation works alongside them, carrying the same operational involvement into sales, export, and customer relations.

Our production is organized around two core lines:

• Knitted ready-to-wear: T-shirts, polos, underwear, loungewear, homewear, sportswear, and everyday basics.
• Socks: Manufactured on latest-generation knitting machines with automatic robotic ironing systems, at a capacity of approximately 150,000 pairs per month.

We work with brands and retailers through private label, full-package, and CMT (cut-make-trim) production models, adapting to how each customer prefers to structure their supply chain.

The company is organized so that customers deal directly with people who are close to both the commercial and production side of the business:

• Hakkı Akgören, co-founder, oversees the company as CEO and CFO.
• Celal Pala, co-founder, shares the CEO role, having built the company's operations alongside Hakkı since the early days.
• Emre Akgören, with a background in mechanical engineering, handles sales and export, working closely with both customers and the production team to keep orders aligned with what the factory floor can deliver.
• Erkan Ruhi Akgören, a textile technician by training, also manages sales and export.
• Mehmet Pala and Ali Kaan Pala serve as customer representatives and handle marketing, acting as the day-to-day point of contact for ongoing accounts.

Beyond leadership, our production floor runs on a team of 175 people covering cutting, sewing, ironing, packaging, and quality control — each stage checked before the product moves to the next, from fabric intake through to final shipment.

Our integrated facility covers approximately 8,000 m² in total, with around 7,600 m² of enclosed production space. Daily output for knitted garments runs at approximately 6,000 pieces, alongside the monthly sock capacity mentioned above.

Keeping cutting, sewing, ironing, packaging, and quality control under one roof allows us to maintain consistent oversight across the full production cycle.

Sustainability and Certifications

We work with organic cotton, bamboo, TENCEL™ Lyocell/Modal, Ecovero, Refibra, recycled polyester, and other responsibly sourced fibers. Our certifications include GOTS, OCS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, BSCI, and SMETA/Sedex, along with FSC.
